PlayAbility Sports provides inclusive sports programming designed to support children, including children on the autism spectrum and children with different developmental, social, or physical abilities. Our goal is to create a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment where every child can participate at their own pace.

We may collect personal information when a parent or guardian completes a registration form, contacts us, or otherwise communicates with us.

The information we may collect includes parent or guardian names, email addresses, phone numbers, emergency contact information, and registration details. We may also collect information relating to a child, including the child’s name, age or date of birth, and program participation information.

Where necessary to safely support participation in our programs, we may also collect sensitive information such as allergy information, medical information, accessibility needs, accommodation requirements, behavioural considerations, developmental support information, or other relevant safety-related information provided by a parent or legal guardian.

If payments are made through the website, billing or payment-related information may also be collected or processed through authorized third-party payment providers.

We only collect information that is reasonably necessary for registration, program administration, communication, safety, and the delivery of our services.

Because our programs are designed for children, we may collect limited personal information about children through their parent or legal guardian.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children without the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. Registration forms and participation-related information must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian.

PlayAbility Sports will not use a child’s photo, video, image, name, or likeness for promotional, website, social media, or marketing purposes unless we have obtained separate consent from the parent or legal guardian.

We may share personal information only where reasonably necessary for operational, safety, or legal purposes.

Information may be shared with coaches, instructors, volunteers, program staff, or administrators who require the information to support a child’s participation and safety.
